1 May in Nehoiu – A mini-vacation in the heart of nature 🌲

Three days of adventure, relaxation, and breathtaking landscapes! We offer a complete program, with outdoor activities, group fun, and authentic moments of connection with nature.

📅 Day 1 – 1 May:

We meet at Vibe Camp, a premium camping location where you can stay in your own tent, A-Frame huts, or comfortable cabins with private bathrooms. After arrival and lunch, at 15:00 we head to Siriu Lake for an unforgettable kayaking experience, and in the evening, we gather around the campfire.

🌊 Day 2 – 2 May:

After breakfast, we experience pure adrenaline on the Buzău River – a rafting session in spectacular landscapes. After lunch, we move to Green Camp for fun at height: the tree adventure park and via ferrata + zip line on the Sunny Way route. End of the day? Relaxing and sharing stories under the open sky.

⛰️ Day 3 – 3 May:

We end with a choice: hiking through the mysterious Land of Luana and the Rock Settlements or a climbing and rappelling workshop on natural rock. The choice of experience is yours! At the end, we bid farewell with full hearts and plans for the next adventure.

1 May in Herculane – Adventure, thermal waters, and dreamlike landscapes 💦

Come discover a mini-vacation where the spectacular nature of the Cerna Valley blends perfectly with adrenaline-filled activities and pure relaxation moments. Three days await you, where water, mountains, and exploration are key elements!

📅 Day 1 – 1 May:

Arrival in the Herculane area and accommodation in our camp set up on a picturesque meadow, near Pensiunea Dumbrava (or at local guesthouses for those who prefer more comfort). In the afternoon, we start with kayaking on Prisaca Lake, and in the evening we relax in the natural thermal pools by the Cerna River.

🌊 Day 2 – 2 May:

We dedicate the morning to a rare experience – river tubing on the Cerna River, floating through fairytale landscapes and historic ruins. After lunch, the adrenaline peaks with a canyoning session in the spectacular Țăsnei Canyon. Evening? We return to the thermal springs for well-deserved relaxation.

🛶 Day 3 – 3 May:

We explore the Danube in an iconic kayaking adventure: Cazanele Mari and Mici – an area of overwhelming beauty. We visit two spectacular caves, accessible only by kayak: Ponicova and Veterani. A truly memorable end to the program.

1 May in Bulgaria – Adventure and culture in the Veliko Tarnovo area ☀️

When the spirit of adventure meets the charm of Bulgaria, the result is a memorable mini-vacation. Spectacular landscapes, thrilling activities, and authentic flavors await you in a program perfect for those who want more than relaxation.

📅 Day 1 – 1 May:

Morning departure from Bucharest to the Veliko Tarnovo region. We recharge our energy on the Yantra River, in a kayak route through impressive rocks and spectacular passages sculpted by nature. After the adventure, we explore Veliko Tarnovo on foot and enjoy dinner at local restaurants with authentic cuisine. In the evening, we stay at a comfortable camp or guesthouses in the area.

⛰️ Day 2 – 2 May:

A busy day awaits – canyoning in the Emen Canyon, a spectacular place where waterfalls, rocks, and adrenaline merge perfectly. After so much adventure, in the evening we relax together and discover the taste of Bulgarian dishes, in a friendly atmosphere.

🌿 Day 3 – 3 May:

We end with a hike on the circular route of the Hotnitsa Canyon – picturesque landscapes and moments of reconnection with nature. At the end, we bid farewell and head home with unforgettable memories.

Do I need experience to participate in these programs?

No! Anyone can participate if they are eager for adventure and fun. The Green Adventure guides will provide all the necessary support, ensuring that you’ll finish the program with a smile on your face.

What should I bring with me?

– Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions and suitable hiking footwear
– Swimsuit and towel
– For the canyoning program in the Herculane area, you’ll need a pair of boots with a non-slip sole (without waterproof membrane)
– We provide the rest of the equipment!

Is it necessary to know how to swim for kayaking, river tubing, and canyoning activities?

It is not mandatory, but it is recommended. Our life jackets provide excellent buoyancy. If you don’t know how to swim, let the guides know, and they will provide appropriate assistance.

Do rafting boats tip over?

Yes, sometimes as part of the fun, but we can ensure a smoother experience at your request. In case of accidental tipping, the guides and equipment ensure protection and safety.

How does the Siriu Dam affect the rafting program?

The rafting program depends on the water release from the Siriu Dam, announced by Hidroelectrica after 19:30 the day before the program. The exact schedule will be communicated the evening before.

What is the capacity of the rafting boats?

We use modern boats with a capacity of 7 + 1 (7 tourists and one guide). Perfect for groups of any size.

Can children participate in rafting?

Yes, with specific safety rules. Children over 14 years old participate throughout the entire route, while those between 7-13 years old are transferred to the shore in more technical areas and transported along the shore under our supervision.

Will I rappel during the canyoning program?

Yes! You will learn the correct rappelling techniques from professionals, gaining full experience in this technique by the end of the program. The IcoPro guiding standard provides a complete canyoning experience, offering Green Adventure tourists autonomy in rappelling.

Will I feel cold in the wetsuit?

The wetsuit keeps your body temperature regulated, ensuring thermal comfort. It is recommended to wear a polyester swimsuit under the wetsuit.

Can I participate if I have medical issues?

It’s important to be honest and cautious. Let us know about any medical conditions, and we will decide together the best option for you.

Is alcohol consumption allowed before outdoor programs?

We do not allow participation for those who have consumed alcohol or psychoactive substances. We celebrate together after the program!

Is rafting physically demanding?

It doesn’t require special physical condition. If you can walk up to the 4th floor, you are ready for rafting!

What is the maximum age for participation?

We do not have a specific maximum age limit. If you feel capable and excited, you are welcome to join #SuperRafting!
